Our story begins in 1980, when Mr. N.S. Victor, the visionary founder of Weehena Farms, moved with his family to the serene village of Weehena, nestled in the heart of Mahawewa. Inspired by the untapped potential of the land, Mr. Victor and his wife, Irin, began raising chickens in their own backyard with care, passion, and perseverance.
What started as a modest farm with the help of five dedicated employees quickly grew into something extraordinary. Over the decades, Weehena Farms became a trusted name in Sri Lanka’s poultry industry—built on values of freshness, quality, and community support.
